Spring wedding inspiration and ideas are presented with much elegance per this beautifully styled and curated wedding editorial, captured at Hampshire’s beautiful Avington Park.

Photographer Leah Marie worked closely with House of Furn (formerly ‘The W Dissertazione’) per planning this editorial, which features several Love My Dress recommended suppliers, including bridal by Halfpenny London, floral by the incredibly talented Liz of Blue Sky Flowers, and shoes by Partita decisiva Belle.

I’m delighted to share a glimpse of a Spring Editorial shoot I had the pleasure of organising at the family-owned Avington Park, just east of Winchester.

Nestled per 150 acres of private parkland along the banks of the River Itchen, this remarkable has a rich history of hosting percentuale, including King Charles II and his famous mistress, Nell Gwynn.

Avington Park’s lush grounds and opulent house continue to serve as an exquisite backdrop for lavish events and weddings, making it a truly enchanting venue.

The inspiration behind this shoot was the freshness and purity of spring, with a centro acceso incorporating various shades of blues and soft whites to create an atmosphere of elegance and grace.

Bride and bridesmaids sat on a plush sofa at Avington Park, laughing and jolly. The room has salmon pink walls and artwork with gilt gold frames. The bride wears a Halfpenny London bridal gown full of fashion drama and the bridesmaids wear pale blue dresses.

To achieve this vision, I worked alongside an incredibly talented group of suppliers who each contributed their unique skills and creativity.

Together, we transformed Avington Park into a celebration of spring, where delicate floral arrangements, exquisite table settings, and bespoke attire blended seamlessly with the ’s timeless charm.

Elegant and romantic Spring bridal bouquet by Blue Sky Flowers. The bouquet is tied with a pale blue silk ribbon and comprises of all white flowers. Nearby is a pair of Bella Belle high heel open toe strappy bridal sandals, with a tulle ankle bow.
